Overview
Temporary Associate Creative Production Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli USA. This role manages shelf-ready packaging (SRP) tray projects from concept through production, and mockups of packaging for internal and external use. It combines creative project management with hands-on production expertise to ensure deliverables align with customer style guides, brand standards, and retailer requirements. The role also oversees asset management and version control for packaging projects within the brand creative team, maintaining accuracy and consistency across multiple SKUs and retailer formats. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shelf-ready packaging, mockups, and asset management
- Lead the creation, preparation, and release of print-ready files for SRP trays, corrugate, and customer-specific displays
- Ensure designs comply with retailer / customer style guides, printer specifications, and Lindt brand standards
- Maintain strict version control and asset management across packaging projects, ensuring consistency across multiple SKUs and retailer formats
- Manage mock-up and production vendors to review proofs and troubleshoot production issues
- Oversee mockup development and workstreams to completion for internal meetings, coordinating with sales to support customer presentations
Project & Workflow Management
Review artwork requests for accuracy and ensure resources for timely, on-budget deliveryBalance workloads across freelancers and project priorityMaintain project management tools and the global DAM (Bynder), ensuring accurate assignments, timelines, and task trackingPartner with cross-functional teams to drive work efficiently through the creative process, escalating or reprioritizing as neededCollaboration & Process Improvement
Serve as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, production, and vendor teams for corrugate and POS workstreamsIdentify and implement workflow optimizations to improve quality, efficiency, and speed to marketResearch and recommend tools, software, and best practices for version control and production efficiencyQualifications & Requirements
5-8 years in pre-press / production and at least 3 years in project management or creative traffic coordinationExpert in Adobe Creative Suite; strong knowledge of G7 color process, print reproduction, and structural packaging requirementsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage vendor relationshipsEducation
