We are seeking an individual to provide ongoing training to new hires and current employees. This role will actively work in the field, developing staff, and performing the Team Leader role as needed.
This role spends their time training and developing employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead training of new team members, and experienced team members.
- Responsible for employee retention through all training and development with all members.
- Participate in culture events and other office events with management team in office.
- Perform quality assurance checks in homes to ensure the cleaning system is being followed for consistent quality.
- Basic knowledge of sales and converting customers to regular service with The Maids.
- Understanding of operations technology for scheduling and customer communications and information.
Requirements
2+ year of previous supervisor experience, or has demonstrated supervisor potential in current roleBi-lingual (English / Spanish) requiredValid driver’s license requiredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates business and leadership aptitudeExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writingThe Maids International is an Equal Opportunity Employer
