About Trilith Guesthouse : Nestled within the vibrant town at Trilith, this 192-room boutique Tribute Portfolio hotel is designed not to rest weary travelers, but instead, to awaken the storyteller in all who visit. Opening its doors in early 2024, Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville, Georgia is a gathering place for artists, storytellers, and makers, surrounded by creativity and the nearby Trilith Studios, one of the largest purpose-built movie studios in North America. Featuring sophisticated accommodations, over 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a chef-driven restaurant, and a European-inspired rooftop bar and lounge, Trilith Guesthouse embraces all who seek to continue the timeless tradition of storytelling, promising an immersive experience like no other.

Overview of the role : The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all F&B outlets from the arrival experience to the completion of the guest experience to ensure positive guest retention. Micros and Yelp preferred. Baseline knowledge of wine and spirits is a must. Bar and craft cocktail experience preferable, but not necessary. The position is responsible for the evening hours of the Food and Beverage Operations.

What you have :

• Minimum two years in an Assistant Manager or Manager role at fine dining restaurant or hotel.
• A fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge base.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal formats.
• A Servesafe certificate, or you are working on renewing current certificate.
• A strong sense of ownership in everything that you do.
• Experience training and coaching restaurant staff.
• The ability to work effectively and efficiently while working under pressure.
• High school diploma, equivalent degree, or higher required.
