A company is looking for a GTM / G&A Recruiting Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to design effective talent strategies

Lead and develop a global team of full-cycle recruiters to enhance the hiring experience

Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role

Experience supporting GTM and G&A functions in high-growth organizations

Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for leadership

Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior executives

Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or GoodTime is a plus
