We are searching for hardworking individuals with passion and experience that are ready to take the lead as Regional Sales Manager for our Southern California, Arizona and Nevada territory, and our North East Mid Atlantic territory. We'd love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs and engage channel partners to maximize coverage and value to different customers.
- Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Monitoring competitor's sales activity within an assigned territory.
- Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.At least 4-5 years of experience in the field, and 2 years' Pool building materials sales experience preferred.Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills, and ability to articulate value and ROI of solutions in clear language to stakeholders.Ability to virtually engage with customers and potential customers across digital platforms.Ability to co-create value by collaborating with other sales teams to provide full scope selling / cross selling solutions.Ability to understand and engage current policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the sales organization and the business as a whole.Our global presence is built on teamwork.
