Canvass local neighborhoods and work scheduled warm / hot homeowner leads across Coral Springs / Broward–Palm Beach corridors . Follow a proven field playbook ( intro → brief needs → demo / offer → close ), log activity the same day, and coordinate fast installs.

Your Role

Work scheduled warm / hot leads and targeted neighborhood canvassing daily.

Run the door play : intro → needs check → side-by-side options → close .

Log doors / conversations / demos / closes in the CRM before end of day.

Confirm install / activation dates on the doorstep when possible; hand off cleanly to support.

Share daily wins / blocks to refine scripts and micro-target streets.

Hit consistent activity goals and maintain reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

Strong face-to-face communication and persistence in field sales.

Coachable, comfortable with scripts and objection handling .

Smartphone with data; basic tech / CRM comfort.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; U.S. work authorization .

Spanish a plus (South Florida households frequently bilingual).

Compensation & Structure

1099 independent contractor (commission-only)

Paid onboarding / training + performance bonuses

Typical OTE : $40,000–$60,000+ , depending on activity and territory
