Key Responsibilities
Lead quota setting and territory design in collaboration with FP&A and Sales Leadership
Design and implement incentive programs aligned with company priorities
Oversee the administration and auditing of the CaptivateIQ commission platform
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
Proven experience in leading quota, territory, and incentive planning
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel / Sheets; SQL / BI tools are a plus
Experience with Salesforce and commission tools, such as CaptivateIQ
Leadership experience managing analysts or owning a function-level strategy
