Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Representative Admin Assistant to support our Clinic Representative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to grow within our company. As a Clinic Representative Admin Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and workflow between our clinic reps and the clinics we serve. Youll be the onsite go-to person when our reps are in the field, ensuring no messages or tasks fall through the cracks. This role has the potential to grow into a Clinic Representative position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Field and organize incoming emails to our Clinic Representative team
• Enter initial onboarding data for new clinics
• Respond to basic inquiries such as order status and tracking information
• Take and relay messages when Clinic Representatives are out delivering or visiting clinics
• Support with various administrative tasks as needed
