Job description

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Impact & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategies to achieve business and clinical KPIs, focusing on quality outcomes and in-home screening effectiveness

Establish evidence-based best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in clinical delivery

Identify training needs and implement educational programs to support clinicians in achieving clinical KPIs

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required; clinical licensure preferred

7+ years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare delivery, population health, or quality improvement

Demonstrated success in driving clinical KPIs and performance improvement initiatives

Strong background in clinician education and training

Experience in home-based care or value-based care preferred
