Operations Performance Manager - CAI
The Cox Automotive Fixed Operations Performance Manager plays a critical role in driving value and retention across the Dealer Solutions portfolioincluding F&I, DMS, and Xtime Service productsfor franchise and large independent automotive dealers. This role is designed for professionals with deep retail automotive experience, especially in fixed operations, who can translate dealership challenges into actionable solutions using Cox Automotive's suite of technologies.
This position is ideal for someone who has managed or worked extensively within dealership service departments, understands the nuances of dealership operations, and can serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The Operations Performance Manager is the primary point of contact for Dealertrack and Xtime solutions and is responsible for maximizing product utilization, improving dealership performance, and driving organic growth.
This is a regional position and we are accepting applicants from the Pacific, Mountain, and select Central time zone states.
