Corporate Associate Attorneys (3+ Years Experience)

Locations : Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas

Compensation : $240,000 – $315,000 + Full Benefits

We are partnering with a premier law firm seeking Corporate Associates with 3+ years of experience to join their growing teams across several strategic markets, including Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York , and Texas .

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team handling complex, high-value transactions across multiple corporate disciplines including M&A, fund formation, finance, and securities law .

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in corporate law, including one or more of the following :

Mergers & Acquisitions

Fund Formation

Finance and Lending

Securities and Capital Markets

Strong academic credentials from a respected law school

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Licensed and in good standing in at least one of the listed jurisdictions

A proactive, business-oriented mindset with a strong client service ethic
