Mid-Level M&A Associate (4–6 Years)

New York, NY (In-Office or Hybrid)

Salary Range : $310,000 – $390,000 (commensurate with experience)

A highly regarded AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level associate (JD years 2018–2021) to join its Corporate & Securities group, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing, top-tier team in the firm’s New York office.

Ideal Experience :

4–6 years of M&A experience, preferably including leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, and other private equity transactions

Familiarity with both buy-side and sell-side deal processes

Experience managing deal execution and collaborating across practice groups

Comfort working with sophisticated clients and fast-paced deal environments

Requirements :

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing in New York

Strong academic credentials

Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills

Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferred
