Mortgage Collections Agent

A company is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Collections Agent to manage early-stage delinquent loans and assist customers with repayment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to mortgage payment collections and delinquency resolution

Manage loans within the early delinquency range and ensure timely follow-up and action

Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or additional education a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or a collections call center

Knowledge of general mortgage banking practices preferred

Proven ability to meet performance metrics consistently

Strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic, including reliability with schedules and deadlines
