Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist, Center Director for our West Palm Beach location. Experienced outpatient therapists seeking professional growth and leadership responsibilities : APPLY NOW!!

SIGN ON BONUS STARTING AT $5,000

Responsibilities include :

• Management of center operations with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Cultivating & providing comprehensive care in a PT / PTA team dynamic
• Growing center caseload to facilitate the expansion of clinical staff
• Building strong rapport and relationships with referral sources and local community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mentorship & training of center staff
