In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers by providing guidance and support at one of our key offices. Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers promptly upon their arrival.
- Review and validate customer documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the flow of visitors by overseeing the queuing system.
- Administer vision tests and record results accurately into the computer system.
- Provide guidance to customers on using kiosks for self-service options.
- Capture high-quality photos for driver's licenses and other official documents.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with handling paperwork and document validation processes.
