PURPOSE OF POSITION : Perform a wide range of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across lodging property facilities. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of both interior and exterior areas. The role also supports grounds maintenance, snow removal, and care of outdoor spaces to ensure all areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
