We're seeking a Temporary Recruiter who thrives on uncovering top talent, building authentic relationships, and creating a smooth, strategic hiring experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates using a variety of assessment methods
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to manage and track candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Participate in campus recruitment to build pipelines of emerging talent
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to identify passive candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Stay informed on employment laws and compliance best practices
- Support employee orientation and training initiatives to ensure successful onboarding
What You Bring
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close offersExperience in technical recruiting or industry-specific hiringSolid understanding of talent sourcing strategies, including social media and job boardsProficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or UltiProExcellent interviewing skills and a sharp eye for cultural fitAbility to manage multiple requisitions and timelines efficientlyExperience with executive-level recruiting and stakeholder management is a plusFamiliarity with training and development programs to support new hire successWhy Join Us?
