Associate Attorney

Berliner Cohen, LLP, seeks an experienced Attorney with an interest in or experience in estate planning, estate administration and probate, research, income and estate taxation, and trust administration for its Merced office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Newer attorneys with exceptional academic credentials will also be considered.

Attorneys with less than three years of experience are requested to provide unofficial law school transcripts and writing samples (a maximum of three pages).

The successful candidate will have strong local ties, a desire to live and work in the Merced area, a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance, and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.

An Estate Planning Attorney in Merced with at least three years of experience can reasonably expect to start at $125,000; however, actual compensation will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the candidate\'s qualifications and experience.
