Job Summary
The Coordinator, Brand Management isresponsible for supporting the Brand Management Team in delivering strongbusiness results by assisting in product strategy execution, competitiveanalysis, promotional planning, and sales enablement. This role will collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales, Operations, Finance, and Creative to ensure retail excellence andalignment with brand goals.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze purchase orders, shipment,and syndicated data to identify performance trends and opportunities acrosschannels (club, grocery, eCommerce, convenience, etc.).
Support pricing analysis, includingcompetitive benchmarking, margin impact, and promotional effectiveness.
Assist in tracking brand-levelP&L elements and support post-program ROI analysis on trade promotions andmarketing initiatives.
Maintain and update productassortment and item setup info in internal databases and retailer systems.
Help prepare customer-facingpresentations, promotional calendars, and new item sell-in materials.
Monitor category trends, shopperbehavior, and competitive brand activity using syndicated tools (e.g., Nielsen,SPINS, IRI).
Support execution of brandactivations and promotional events, ensuring alignment with customer andmarketing strategy.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree inmarketing, business administration, or another related field.
Experience : 1 - 3 years of experiencein marketing, category management, or event promotions.
Strong data and analytical skills.
Strong organizational andcommunication skills.
