- Ability to manage school operations while driving efficiency and growth
- Knowledge of revenue generation and enrollment strategies
- Comfortable with the challenge of building a new school community
- Proven success in education leadership (Principal or Assistant Principal roles)
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is opening a new K–12 charter school in Blythewood, SC. We are seeking a dynamic Campus Director to lead K–6 operations, foster a positive culture, and drive academic excellence.

Establish and meet academic goals aligned with standardsSupport achievement and growth across all grade levelsDevelop leadership education programs for staff and studentsOperational Management
