Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand expectations, provide progress updates, and help maintain long-term relationships.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
• Support project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes using ProCore project management software.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Help uphold Miranda Construction's commitment to safety, quality control, and best construction practices.
