SAP SD/CRM Consultant

• Working knowledge of Customization in SAP CRM Sales & Service Process
• Offer to Cash process, integration of various SAP modules in the process
• Knowledge in area of SAP SD integration with other ECC modules
• SAP CRM Middleware integration with ECC
• Working knowledge of SAP SD customization
• Should be able to work with developer on Enhancements and BADIs in SAP CRM/ECC
• Should be able to do gap analysis after gathering requirement
• Should have excellent Communication Skill

5 years- 15 years

• Understand business requirements and then convert business requirement into Functional Specifications
• Demonstrate decision making ability and problem-solving skills in these scenarios.
• Provide help to technical consultant to get developments completed in time for the Functional Specifications
• Work with teams across multiple locations and in onsite offshore model
• Ensure that deliverables are recorded, updated and completed in time.
• Work on Multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel and proving status update on these items.
• Find new opportunities to engage the customer in new ideas and innovation.
