Regulatory Reporting Consultant - NY / NJ

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager for our global investment banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in the New York and New Jersey area with expected 3-4 days on-site each week over the 6 month duration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly FFIEC 031 / 041 Call Reports, ensuring accuracy across capital schedules, loan portfolios, and deposit data
• Analyze and validate components of Regulatory Capital (Schedule RC-R) in accordance with Basel III and FDIC guidelines
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to gather, reconcile, and review data for regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and internal control standards
• Utilize tools such as Axiom SL, Excel, and SQL to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data integrity
