About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and / or outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound / outbound calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, troubleshooting, or order processing
Document customer interactions in the companys CRM system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
Qualifications
Some college, Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy
Comfortable working with computers, call center software, and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
