We are seeking a dedicated Competitive Intelligence Manager to establish and lead a structured approach to competitive analysis within Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems (BAS) & Controls organization. This role will transform competitive intelligence from an ad-hoc activity into a core capability, enabling product managers and leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. The position combines qualitative market insights and quantitative product benchmarking to ensure our offerings are clearly differentiated and positioned for success.
Competitive Intelligence Program Development : Build and implement a playbook for competitive analysis, establishing standards and processes that become part of the PM organizations SOPs. Qualitative Analysis : Monitor industry news, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
