We’re Hiring : Founding BCBA Clinical Leader – North Carolina ?

Are you a BCBA ready to make your mark and build something meaningful from the ground up? Majestic Care ABA is looking for a Founding Clinical Leader to help launch and grow our North Carolina services.

Location : Hybrid (in-home / community within ~30 miles + remote days)

Job Type : Full-time

Your Role (First 6–12 Months) :

• Build the clinical foundation
• Deliver high-quality therapy : conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide family guidance
• Manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs

Growth Path :

Infancy Stage (0–20 clients) : Founding Clinician – Lead direct care while helping establish clinical systems

Expansion Stage (20–40 clients) : Regional Manager – Take on supervision and strengthen operational systems

Growing Phase (40+ clients) : Regional Director – Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and lead state-level initiatives
