Residential Case Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our nonprofit client with a Residential Case Manager based out of Santa Paula. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, direct hire position. A Bachelor's degree is required to be considered for the position.
This role will be focused on supporting a caseload clients in a permanent supportive housing environment. The position will be supporting with resources for primary, behavioral or other healthcare services, insurance benefits, financial education, community involvement, and other services / resources to help the individuals maintain their housing. Bilingual Spanish / English is desired, not required and interested candidates must feel comfortable working with an older adult population.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years case management / social services experience
Bilingual English / Spanish desired (not required)
Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
Strong ability to be compassionate and empathetic while being able to maintain professional boundaries
Knowledgable of community resources including supportive services for healthcare and financial assistance
Can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
