As a Director of Managed Solutions & Technology, your responsibilities will be as follows :

• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
• Provides leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Provides strategic recommendations to the CEO / president and members of the executive management team
• Manages the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advises on long-term business and financial planning by reviewing the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
• Works with CEO and Senior leadership team to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Establishes and develops relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
• Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
• Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
