About The Role

We're seeking a Business Support Specialist — a true Right-Hand Rockstar — to work directly alongside the owner in a hybrid role that blends sales, customer service, administrative support, and fieldwork. This role is ideal for someone who's adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic environment. One day, you'll be in the office managing customer accounts and fielding inquiries. The next, you'll be out in the field helping customers reclaim their peace of mind. What You'll Do

• Wear Many Hats — and Rock Them All
• Help manage day-to-day operations, from scheduling to customer follow-ups
• Assist with sales — from handling inbound calls to building relationships and upselling services
• Support office administrative tasks such as data entry, client communication, and tracking service records
• Jump into the field to perform pest and wildlife services as needed
• Manage customer accounts to ensure every client feels cared for, heard, and supported
• Be the Calm in the Chaos
• Listen to anxious customers, reassure them, and provide clear, confident solutions
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism across every touchpoint
• Solve Problems That Matter
• Identify pest or wildlife issues and help implement effective solutions
• Learn to perform inspections, exclusion work, and preventive treatments alongside the team
