Manufacturing Assembler
We are currently hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to join our growing team in Plano, TX. This hands-on role involves assembling electronic components with precision and care. Ideal candidates will have experience in mechanical or electronic assembly and enjoy working in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions
Read and interpret manufacturing orders and technical diagrams
Connect lead wires to printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and apply adhesives to secure parts
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing assembly
Proficient in using hand tools and electromechanical equipment
Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics
Experience with back-end assembly processes is a plus
Work Environment
Climate-controlled electronic manufacturing facility
Team of 30-40 production staff

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
