Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Veteran Affairs to join its growing practice in our Jacksonville or Atlanta offices. The Veteran Affairs Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of Veteran Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume case load with adequate communication with each client
• Communicate with the VA as necessary
• Review VA Claims files, identify and record relevant information crucial to VA claims
• Represent claimants at VA appeals
• Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff
