Lead the coordination and alignment of cross-functional stakeholders to build and scale an in-depth reporting framework. Define and maintain a roadmap for unified business reporting, with focus areas including customer- and data center-level P&Ls, SKU-level trend tracking, and allocation methodology alignment. Identify and validate sources of truth across business functions; drive consensus on definitions, ownership, and cadence of key business metrics. Establish and manage rhythm of business processes to support real-time visibility into performance drivers. Lead efforts to define success criteria and reporting requirements; oversee the development of dashboards and tools that support performance tracking and decision-making. Standardize business logic, allocation rules, and financial models to ensure consistency and transparency across reporting domains. Provide structure, clarity, and accountability in a highly dynamic environment; lead and influence without direct authority to drive timely execution.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
