A company is looking for a Professional Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications

Configure the platform to meet customer requirements

Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in client management leveraging software

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an interest in technology

Exposure to common web technologies and integration protocols

Understanding of common security concepts and standards

Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments
