A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case strategies that drive results

Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials

Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Active bar license in the state of California

1-8 years of solid litigation experience

Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial

Prior insurance defense experience preferred
