Job Description :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5+years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a mind set for continuous process improvement.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Working in Agile environments is a plus. Agile / Scrum Certification is preferred .
• Business Analysis / Project Management / Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of sourcing and supply management functions including engineering and MFG BOM, cost collections and publications, component forecasting
• Supply Chain Sourcing Analysis - Strong knowledge of Excel and Tableau.
• Experience with planning and executing to the qualification of components across multiple commodities, teams and time zones (mainly US and Europe).
• Nice to have : Business acumen with Risk Mgmt and experience with Regulatory Compliance and Tariff related projects.
• Requirements management and analysis.
• Business process analysis, documentation and mapping.
• Process improvement and solution building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication. Must be able to prepare presentations to share findings and ideas with senior client stakeholders.
• Interaction with external suppliers and help define a process improvement and product feature roadmap.
• Cross functional stakeholder co-ordination.
• Project management & co-ordination.
