Job descriptionStrong verbal and written communication Attention to detail is required. Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel Ability to provide leadership to train, delegate and motivate staff. Able to work at a fast pace. Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service. Developed problem solving skills. Ability to support and work as a team. Strong time management skills. Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred. Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm. Order Center Lead Full-Time Position Job Duties :
- Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service related issues Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders Process gift card and subscription orders Maintain UPS tracking records Process credits on Customer Service related issues Invoice orders on a daily basis Assist with training as needed Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members.
