The Joy Creator Offsite Brand Ambassador represents Nothing Bundt Cakes with enthusiasm and professionalism at offsite events, corporate deliveries, and community engagements. This team member is responsible for creating joyful guest experiences, promoting brand awareness, delivering and setting up cakes, and ensuring that Nothing Bundt Cakes is represented with excellence beyond the bakery walls.

Key responsibilities include :

• Acts as a friendly, professional brand ambassador at off-site events, including markets, expos, fundraisers, office deliveries, and community functions.
• Sets up, manages, and breaks down booths or display tables at off-site locations.
• Delivers and arranges cakes, samples, and marketing materials according to brand presentation standards.
• Interacts with guests, answers questions, provides samples, and promotes product offerings to encourage sales or future orders.
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining cake quality and appearance.
• Maintains a clean and organized vehicle and ensures proper handling of all items during transport.
• Communicates effectively with the bakery team about inventory, scheduling, and event needs.
• Supports bakery marketing efforts by gathering leads, distributing promotional materials, and representing the brand with enthusiasm.
• Handles point-of-sale transactions or lead capture forms if required at off-site locations.
