Project Manager Commercial / Industrial Construction

Location : Omaha or Lincoln, NE Role : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial / industrial construction projectsspecifically wastewater treatment, industrial process facilities, or large-scale general construction. You will manage all phases of the project from pre-construction through completion : budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communications, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and cash-flow.
• Lead pre-construction planning, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, procurement.
• Oversee field operations, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to plans / specs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owner, engineer, General Contractor, subs.
• Monitor project performance metrics, change orders, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications : Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years commercial / industrial construction experience (preferably wastewater / industrial). Proven track record delivering projects (size range e.g., $10 M-$100 M). Strong scheduling, budgeting, leadership and communication skills.
