Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Transformation Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's overall strategy and driving transformational initiatives to ensure our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and goals
• Lead and manage the transformation process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
• Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
• Present regular updates and reports on the company's progress and performance to the CEO and Board of Directors
