Created in 1993, LAHSA is a joint powers authority of the city and county of Los Angeles. As the lead agency in the HUD-funded Los Angeles Continuum of Care, we coordinate and manage over $800 million annually in federal, state, county, and city funds for programs providing shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness.
The Supervisor, Resident Monitor
- supports and provides supervision to staff as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and activities ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at Interim Housing facilities / master leased multifamily buildings. Supervisors will provide real-time, daily guidance on operations, policies and procedures, and protocols; assist with on-site troubleshooting and problem solving; records and documents of daily activities and issues, coordinates and facilitates the escalation of issues to their supervisor and external partners. Supervisor ensures the delivery of quality care in accordance with the rules and regulations established by leadership.

Schedule :
The Chief Executive Officer or designee may change the schedule of positions between hybrid and fully onsite, as necessary to accomplish LAHSA's business needs.
Term : Full-time, Non-Exempt, Temporary ending March 2030. Continuation of employment is contingent upon funding availability.
Full-time temporary or term employees receive health and dental benefits, but do not receive any additional compensation or benefits, such as pension.
