- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead and track multiple high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with C-suite executives, clients, and partners.
- Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build alignment and trust across diverse internal and external teams.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Otter, and iMessage (iPhone required).
- Organization & Prioritization : Skilled at managing complex schedules, streamlining workflows, and ensuring structured follow-through on priorities.
- Professionalism & Discretion : Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality in all matters.
- Time Zone Alignment : Must be available to work and communicate effectively during Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.
