About the role

Booming Games is looking for a skilled and motivated PostgreSQL Developer to join our Data Lakehouse team. Youll work on a high-throughput, rapidly growing platform that powers analytics, operations, and product development across the company. This is a hands-on engineering role that blends structured data modeling with creative problem solving and a strong sense of ownership. We dont just maintain a databasewe build a scalable, version-controlled, and fully automated platform that supports over 25TB of new data annually. If you enjoy working on clean architecture, well-structured code, and contributing to real product decisions, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve relational data models and database architecture
• Write performant, maintainable PL / pgSQL code to power business logic and data flows
• Contribute to refactoring and optimization of existing DB structures and processes
• Collaborate closely with BI, backend, and product teams to shape how our applications work
• Implement automated tests and CI / CD pipelines for database development
• Help design solutions that extend beyond traditional RDBMS boundaries
