The University Budget Office is responsible for the strategic planning and institutional budget management for multiple funding sources including State Appropriations, Tuition and Fees, Facilities and Administrative (F&A) Revenue, budget oversight and review of the capital budget and Institutional Trust Funds. Our office provides financial information and analyses to university administrators and assists university colleges and departments in the establishment, maintenance, and control of budgets

The Systems Manager plays a critical role in designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining NC States multi-year Budget Planning Enterprise System in the OneStream platform. This position also develops, maintains, and enhances budget analytics dashboards and data visualizations that help colleges and units with managing their resources and support executive decision-making on university resources. As the University deploys the OneStream solution to 37 colleges and units, this position will provide the necessary guidance and technical support to the University Budget Office and our campus partners.
The primary responsibilities of the Budget Planning Enterprise Systems Manager include, but are not limited to :
Budget Data Analytics and Dashboards : (30%)
Budget Planning Enterprise System Development and Optimization : (30%)
Project Management : (20%)
Technical Integration and Support : (15%)
Training and Documentation : (5%)

Minimum Education and Experience :
Requires a bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
