Description : You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala, FL supporting the MDMS programs. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support for production programs. What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the management of program dedicated manufacturing engineers and providing overarching program manufacturing support for production programs. Your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring resources are assigned appropriately to provide support to the production programs

Supporting program and mission area corrective action boards and manufacturing initiatives

Creating and executing strategies that ensure continuous improvement of production processes resulting in on-time and on-cost deliveries that meet program and customer

Managing overall headcount of programs being supported

Implementing and executing processes and procedures in production engineering

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

Experience in the manufacturing of electronics, harnesses, electromechanical, or electro-optical assemblies.

The candidate must be willing to work alternate shifts.

Previous leadership experience.Desired Skills :

Experienced with SAP

Experience with Windchill

CREO, SolidWorks or equivalent CADsoftware experience.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing conceptsand techniques

Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Access, Word, Excel, Teams).
