Primary Care Physician (PCP)

This position is with a growing, mission-driven health center that prides itself on providing inclusive, high-quality care to all patients.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range : $210,000 to $230,000 depending on experience
- Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
- Quarterly productivity bonuses – approx. $3,600 / year
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Medical Insurance : 3 plan options with up to 90% employer contribution
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- 17 days of accrued PTO annually + 10 paid holidays
- CME : $2,500 annually + 5 days off
- 401(k) retirement plan with 3% match (vested after 3 years)
- $100,000 in employer-paid life insurance
- Short- and long-term disability coverage
- Part-time positions eligible for student loan repayment (30 hrs / week minimum)
