Role Description
As a Baseball Coach and Instructor at Frozen Ropes, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of baseball enthusiasts.
You’ll work closely with players of all ages, from beginners to advanced, providing personalized coaching and guidance. Your passion for the game and commitment to player development will be essential in creating a positive and impactful experience for our athletes.
Qualifications
Passion for Baseball
You live and breathe baseball, and your enthusiasm is contagious.
Coaching Experience
Previous coaching experience, whether at the youth, high school, or collegiate level.
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
Knowledge of Fundamentals
Proficiency in teaching hitting, pitching, fielding, and base-running techniques.
Adaptability
Willingness to adapt coaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
Positive Attitude
A can-do attitude and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive training program.
- Stay updated on industry trends, coaching methodologies, and rule changes.
- Provide constructive feedback to players and track their progress.
- Represent Frozen Ropes professionally at events and tournaments.
