We have offices in three geographies : Newark, Delaware, United States; Markham, Ontario, Canada; and Magarpatta, Pune, India. Our capabilities include operations consulting, application development, data management, analytics, and business intelligence, which we leverage to enable digital transformation in financial services and healthcare. Our company has developed and commercialized several solutions in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, and marine management.

This role is based in our Newark, Delaware office located near 131 Continental Drive, Suite 409. We focus on team participation and commit to working a full‑time schedule in the Newark office.

Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial health and long‑term growth of the organization. The CFO will oversee financial operations across DecisivEdge, CorVant, and 5thPort, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and fiscal discipline across multiple geographies including the United States, India, and Canada. This role requires expertise in financial planning, cross‑border accounting, and transfer pricing, along with strong technological skills to streamline finance processes through digital tools. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with small to mid‑size companies, demonstrating the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on financial management in dynamic, growth‑oriented environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals and multi‑entity growth objectives.
• Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance, business risks, and global opportunities.
• Provide financial leadership for expansion, mergers, and acquisitions initiatives.

Travel

Travel to client locations is primarily local during the business day, although some occasional out‑of‑the‑area / overnight travel may be expected.
