Purpose :

The Manager, HCP / Conferences will support the planning and execution of professional conferences and HCP-focused initiatives that amplify XOSPATA’s leadership in AML. This role will partner closely with the broader marketing team to drive visibility, education, and engagement with the HCP audience.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

The Manager, HCP / Conferences for XOSPATA (gilteritinib) will play a key role in building brand visibility and HCP engagement through execution of congress strategy and support of HCP-focused initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading XOSPATA’s presence at key scientific and professional meetings, ensuring scientific alignment, brand consistency, and strategic integration across touchpoints. Success will be measured by brand impact at congresses, cross-functional coordination, and effective execution of HCP events / initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, brand strategy and KEE lead, and multiple external partners to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Specific responsibilities will evolve based on brand priorities and evolving stakeholder needs and may include other responsibilities outside of conferences given the brand’s specific needs.

• Plan and manage brand presence at key medical conferences (booths, symposia, engagements).
• Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional activities / sponsorships with multiple vendors and agency partners.
• Ensure consistent scientific messaging and strategic alignment across all conference activities.
• Develop tactical plans for HCP engagement surrounding national and regional meetings.
• Partner with HCP marketing lead to align on budget, content and speaker strategy.
• Track conference metrics and summarize impact to brand leadership post-event.
• Manage and monitor conference-related budgets and ensure compliant execution.
• Manage inventory of all digital and print assets via the various platforms.
