Qualifications :
3+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager (multi-unit experience is a plus)Strong track record of driving financial performance, including cost control and revenue growthExperience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSolid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standardsAbility to build guest loyalty through exceptional hospitalityProficiency in scheduling, forecasting, and use of restaurant management systems (POS, labor tools, inventory)Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience considered)ServSafe or other food safety certification is preferredTraits :
