A Day In The Life Of a Fulfillment Assistant

Responsibilities include demonstrating strong attention to detail and taking full ownership of all assigned tasks to ensure high accuracy; prioritizing accuracy and speed in item receipt and inbound tasks; assisting in replenishing shelves and stocking items in preparation for collection launches; reporting issues or discrepancies and escalating when necessary; proactively pursuing cross-training opportunities; assisting in scheduled and ad-hoc product cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity; collaborating cross-functionally with other departments; contributing to a positive and efficient work environment; cleaning up the workspace at the end of each day; breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities; maintaining a sense of urgency with attention and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take full ownership of all assigned tasks, ensuring completion with high accuracy.
• Prioritize accuracy and speed in item receipt and inbound tasks
• Assist in replenishing shelves and stocking items in preparation for collection launches, ensuring product availability and organization.
• Report any issues or discrepancies that may prevent the successful completion of tasks, escalating when necessary to resolve quickly.
• Proactively take initiative to master current role and pursue cross-training opportunities in other areas to enhance team efficiency.
• Assist in scheduled and ad-hoc product cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet stakeholder needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Cleaning up your workspace at the end of each day and making sure the area is ready for the next day.
• Breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities.
• You work with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.
